You can use the form on this page to request a BCRA Online ID – if you are sure
you really need one. But before you do that, Please read the further
information below.

Further Information
To access most of BCRA's content you do not need an online ID. IDs have to be
issued manually and there may be a delay in doing so, so please check
that you really need one before applying!
BCRA's Periodicals are published on paper and, for the most part, are also available online.

Free online content
- Recent articles from Cave & Kart Science are open access. You do
not need to log in to download them.
- Complete issues of C&KS, older C&KS content and articles from
Speleology are accessible using a free monthly ID. You do not need to obtain this in
advance; you just register as part of the downloading process.
- Most of the rest of BCRA's online content is also free – just look for the open
padlock symbol,
Restricted online content
- A few documents in our Cave Studies and Dales Book catalogues require a
Member's ID for which you need to apply using the form below.
- To access the CREG journal, you need to pay a small fee for a special ID. See
CREG Journal Order Form.

Application for a Member's Online ID
Some of BCRA's online content is only accessible to members. Regrettably, we can no longer
issue these IDs automatically, due to restrictions imposed by the commercial providers of BCRA's
membership services. Most of BCRA's online content is free-issue but if you are certain that you
require an ID, please complete and submit the form below.
This form is for BCRA Members and BCRA Member Clubs. Please enter the requested
data and click the Submit button. If you are an Individual Member, just leave the
Club/Group section blank. For Clubs/Groups, please add the name of your organisation
and the position you hold (e.g. secretary, chairman).
If you do not have a current BCRA Membership you will need
purchase that first – see our fees page.
