In preparation for the membership services moving to Just Go, we need a portal to manage the redirections.
At the moment .htaccess has in place redirections as follows ...
redirect_to_membership_form.html has a redirect to caves.org.uk/payments/bca/forms/M1.html, which will change to a Just Go link after the changeover. The redirect uses a countdown timer in JS rather than a meta refresh instruction. This is to allow the user to follow a hyperlink to the present page, cancelling the redirection. (Meta refresh is parsed when the page is loaded and cannot be candled).
